Fernando and his sister Shalia are 2 of the sweetest kids I've ever met. They live with their mother in a gang and drug infested neighborhood. Fernando does well in school. He's a bright and friendly kid quick to make friends, and fun to be around. His sister Shalia is too young for school. She stays at home with her mother and enjoys playing with her dogs and cats.
Heavenly Father please wrap your protective arms around Fernando and Shalia. Shield them from any harm that might come their way. Help their mother to return to God and the love for you that she once knew.
I ask these things in Jesus name, Amen.
Children are a heritage from the Lord.
